All of us are working very hard eight to nine hour a day seven days a week. We have to weak up early morning hurry up preparing to work that otherwise will be late. At the office you will something completely different from your comfort home.
During office hours what you have to do is work from one task to another continuously without any sign of stopping. Some people would say that work is fun, but most people would say no. This routine continuous work pressure cost you stress and anxiety. Many worker experience stress related to deadlines, work project, report and other work related pressure. Deathliness related stress usually accompanied by fear and worry that give side effect of headache.
Stress management in very important for workaholic as they tend to get stress and anxiety. Workaholics really give what they have to the work and productivity. As the result they may they may feel tired worried and ill that should absence from work for certain period of time. Practicing stress management could reduce such absent, improve staff productivityand performance, staff retention, staff turnover, improve costumer satisfaction and finally bring the company and organization profit and good image and reputation.
Work related stress and anxiety is avoidable. The worker sufferer should not consume alcohol excessively or smoke too much. He or she should not missing a break, taking office work home and to allow them to have relaxation and exercise. Stress management should be implemented at all level of worker. Every supervisor should identify the stressor and minimize at all cost.
