Job interview, what you should know? (1)

When the company recruiting new staff, the will conduct an interview as the last stage of recruiting process. This step usually proceeded by short listing. That is a process where the recruiters select small number of candidate base on resume given.

It is quite common when the company interviewing many people even they actually need to hire few of them only. For single position on offer, the company most likely will interview about nine or ten candidate. This is especially applied to the high level of job position. Job interview is the best method to evaluate the best candidate suitable but the job on offer.

The company sometimes uses multiple round job interviews, where the earlier round usually conducted by junior level of company staff. On this stage the interview question will be more general and less in dept. if the candidate live far away, the interview can be conducted by phone in which is reduce the cost for both side of the company and the candidate. When all the candidate had their interview, the company select the numbers of candidate they need.

During interview session one candidate usually will be questioned by two or three interviewer as company representation. One of the company representation will be the supervisor who directly will work with the future worker. Job interview usually take about an hour or less.
