There are many advices from sales expert on how to close deal on various sales situations. And so for different type of sales approaches has been design for sales person to increase sales that finally lead to profit. These advise and approach design may useful, to certain extend, but there is nothing to replace what to be the best technique available in sales field. This technique is being committed 100% to help the customers and consider their wants, desires and their needs. Sincere good relationship too is needed to win the customer heart. But most sales persons are not doing what we are just discussed.

The world of sales is so tempting. So many people enter the sales world with wrong intention. Sales profession is seen as near to glamour position where money is easily to obtain. Most sales person are giving up because they fail to meet with their high expectation on the first place. They fail to make a deal with customer as they bring the customer to satisfy the sales person benefit in which it is the opposite direction sales principles.

However, the customers are not like what these particular sales think. The customers are smart enough to know what the sales person intention is. The sales person on the other hand the sales person is convince that he is doing is right. This is the situation where the word of fail just waiting to come.

When you go to the store to buy clothing, you may find that one sales person would say that the clothing you are going to buy is not look good on you and advise you to buy another one that suite you batter.
